Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide.

* Please Allow 3-5 Business Days for Processing and Dispatching.

Shipping might take up to 15-30 business days but may be faster. Please kindly note that it may take longer during the holiday season. Orders may be delayed due to security control. We are not responsible for the delays due to security control and customs.

*Please kindly note that tax may be applied to international orders at the customs office of your country.

Canada – 13$

Europe – 15$

RETURNS

We accept unworn/undamaged items within 7 days of when your package was delivered, with the following exceptions:

Shipping costs are NON-refundable. We do NOT refund shipping costs.

If you want to send back any item (within 7 days of delivery) make sure that:

— You inform us by writing an email to shop@vendettavendetta.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

— PLEASE pack the item very well. We cannot refund items damaged because of poor packaging.

— If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for all shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you.

— If you received the wrong item or the item was defective you will incur no additional shipping charges.

— If you received an item that was damaged within postal transport, you must file a claim with the postal service service. This includes damage to the packaging.

— For US Customers: Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

— For International Customers: You will have to mail us the package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will
re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

— In the event that a refund is required, we will refund the original form of payment for the price of the product less the shipping cost. Refunds are generally posted within 5-10 business days.
